Return & Refund Policy

At TruckPuff, we are committed to providing drivers with a product that genuinely makes every mile more comfortable. We believe in what we've built and we encourage you to give TruckPuff a minimum of 14 days before considering a return — most customers notice a real difference within the first week.

If for any reason you are not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money back guarantee window, please contact us at hello@truckpuff.com and we will take care of you.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window your order will have already entered our processing phase and we may not be able to make changes. If your cancellation is submitted within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind TruckPuff completely. We ask that you use it for a minimum of 14 days so you can experience the full benefit — one shift is not always enough to feel the difference that consistent use makes.

If after 14 days you are still unhappy, you may return your order any time within the 60-day guarantee window for a full refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@truckpuff.com. To speed things up, please include your order number or the name and email address used at checkout.


Damaged Items

We take care in how we package every TruckPuff order. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Please note that minor packaging damage such as a dented box with the product in perfect condition does not qualify as a damaged item.

If your TruckPuff arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@truckpuff.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your case and determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds, replacements or returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to get your TruckPuff to you quickly. However, once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs or any other circumstances outside of our control. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly. TruckPuff is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they have been handed to the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it. After this window your order will have already been processed and we will not be able to offer a resend or refund for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.


Policy Updates

TruckPuff reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most current version before purchasing. By purchasing and using TruckPuff products you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this policy.
