Shipping Information

At TruckPuff we believe getting your cushion to you should be as painless as your back will feel once you have it. That is why we offer free shipping on every single order — no minimums, no fine print.


Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. Your order is considered dispatched the moment it is handed to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak periods and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience during busy times.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times below reflect transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International orders may also be subject to customs delays which can affect overall delivery time.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order — getting it right the first time means getting your TruckPuff faster.

If you spot an error, email us at hello@truckpuff.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to fix it. After this window your order will have already entered processing and changes may no longer be possible.

If our system flags an issue with your shipping address, our team will reach out within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not hear back within that time we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Delayed Delivery

We ship every order as quickly as we can. However there are times when things outside of our control — severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances — can cause delays.

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you updated and work with the carrier to get your package moving. TruckPuff is not liable for delays caused by external factors and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. What we can guarantee is that we will always be here to help if something goes wrong.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier it is outside of our direct control. If your package appears lost or stolen please contact us at hello@truckpuff.com and we will do everything we can to help.

We also recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim as they will require information from you to begin the process. We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout.

TruckPuff is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the carrier. However depending on the situation we may offer a replacement. If your package cannot be located we recommend filing a police report.

TruckPuff reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most current version before placing an order. By purchasing from TruckPuff you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this policy.
